Hard to believe that its time for playoffs. It seems like just yesterday that we were getting ready for the start of the season and dealing with early weather issues and unwanted doubleheaders. In any event after nearly 2,000 games, the International League regular season is over and four teams remain. The two best-of-five series kick off on Wednesday with the latest possible date for the first round being September 10th.

The Indians were tops in the IL West and the Bulls were the winners of the IL South. The Bulls had the second best record in the International League just percentage points behind the Scranton/WB RailRiders.
The Bulls hold a 6-4 advantage this season head-to-head.

The Scranton/WB RailRiders (New York Yankees) take on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Philadelphia Phillies) in the second semi-finals for the International League. Scranton/WB finished the season with the leagues best record (86-55), while the IronPigs needed a six-game win streak to secure the wild card spot on the last day of the season.
The IronPigs hold a 11-7 advantage this season head-to-head.
